The Feature
You receive credit application information electronically, directly from the dealer and the deal processing system. You are then able to review the information, include any notes or conditions, and send it back to the dealer through the same connection.
The Difference
You pay only for successful applications. Open Dealer Exchange offers a unique pricing model based on performance, not application transaction charges. You’ll send and receive applications as you do today, but from a dealer’s perspective, they can send applications from more points during the deal.
For the Dealer

Contract Data Integration
The Feature
New! Deal information is sent to you for validation in your systems. The ability to verify that deal information matches credit applications, that the right rates, terms and other criteria are applied and more throughout the sales process lets you send back changes, notes and corrections before the customer leaves with the vehicle.
The Difference
Validation is done during the deal and not after it’s completed. You have the ability to validate, make changes and/or corrections before the dealership produces and sends signed contracts. The net result is more clean deals and a reduction in manual corrections and phone clarifications with the dealer.

Faster, more accurate deal processing. Dealers can correct deals prior to final submission, resulting in more error-free deals the first time out, and less correction delays.

The Feature
Once the deal numbers are corrected and finalized by the dealership, all the final dealership documents for securing the loan — complete with electronic signatures — are sent electronically to you for approval then archival.
The Difference
Funding packets are received electronically instead of via courier. No more sorting in mail rooms, no more scanning of paper documents and no more faxing. The system keeps track of all communications and verifies that there are no missing electronic documents or missing signatures resulting in more clean deals.
